The second floor is up the stairs from the living room into the Plus room (a walk-through bedroom). The Plus room has four entries, the stairway, the bathroom, a closet, and the master or primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is a light-filled bedroom with three tall windows and lots of closets, on the front of the building, facing the street, the valley, the sunsets.

Parking includes practical street parking (right at your front door), and a less practical, but reserved, off-street, parking space two lots away.

We are extra-tenant friendly: you can add a child, boyfriend, >5-day visitor, etc., for $275/month per additional (i.e., extra tenant's rent is at half price). We will also allow a pet with a $500 pet deposit and $50/month rent for each cat or dog.
