Thank you for your interest in our rental property in South Scranton.

1005 South Webster Avenue is a lovely, just-remodelled, double block building
located in a family-friendly and improving block in historic South Scranton.

There is a big front porch, and a back yard with a picnic table area.

Each apartment has a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room.

Parking is shared among all the apartments, first come, first served.
There are two off street spaces on the back of the lot entered from Gallagher Court, and
three more spaces at 1013 South Webster (Rear), also reached from Gallagher Court, plus, of course, street parking.

Who: We rent to individuals, couples, families, and small groups.
We also encourage Rental Co-Housing groups to lease here. Please apply.

What: Unit A is a two bedroom, one bath unit on the left side.
Unit B is a one bedroom, one bath unit on the downstairs right side
Unit C is a one bedroom, one bath unit on the upstairs right side
Unit R is the entire rear building, a second two bedroom unit, facing Gallagher.

When: Now. A, B, and C are newly remodelled, vacant, and available to rent at your convenience.
Unit R is still under construction and may not be ready to rent until Thanksgiving, 2019.

How much: Rent is $700 or $800/month per apartment or $2000 for the whole (front) building, plus separately metered utilities. Rent pricing details here.
